Gateline Book a call

The right price for every zone, before tickets go on sale.

Gateline reads the sales exports you already have and recommends a price for every zone of your arena, game by game, with the tickets and revenue to expect. After the game, every department gets its own report.

The opening price is most of the decision.

Home-game tickets sell in a short window, most of them on the first day, and the price list stays fixed once the sale opens. The list you publish decides the night.

  • Sold out in hours

Some zones were priced too low. Fans who would have paid more got the seat for less.

  • Still selling at tip-off

The price was too high for that game, or demand was weak and the list didn’t follow it. Empty seats buy no drinks and no shirts.

Both show up in your own sales data. Gateline reads them before the next list goes out.

How it works

  1. Send us your exports

Ticket sales from your ticketing vendor (more.com, Ticketmaster and others), gate entries and merchandise sales, as the files you already download. Nothing to integrate.

  2. Get a price for every zone

Before each sale opens, Gateline puts a price per zone next to your own list, with the tickets and revenue to expect from both. It weighs the opponent, the competition, the day and time, recent form and how similar games sold.

  3. Decide

Your team sets the final prices in your ticketing system. Gateline doesn’t touch it.

  4. Read the game back

The morning after, every department gets its report, and the next recommendation learns from what actually sold.

Every zone, both lists, side by side.

This is what a recommendation looks like: one row per zone, your price next to Gateline’s, and what each would sell. Switch lists on the arena plan above and the board follows. Every view downloads to Excel.

One game. A report for every department.

The morning after each home game, each team gets the numbers it works with, in its own terms.

  • Finance

Revenue by zone and price list, paid tickets against invitations, and the result against budget.

  • Ticket office

Sell-through by zone and section, sales by day before tip-off, and season-ticket seats that stayed empty.

  • Marketing

Which zones need a push for the next game, and where the empty seats were, starting with the sections the TV cameras show.

  • Merchandise

Sales per game and per product, with new launches kept apart from match-day demand.

  • Food & beverage

Spend per head against attendance, from your concession partner’s figures.

Next to your ticketing, not instead of it.

  • No ticket selling

Gateline doesn’t sell, issue or scan tickets. Keep your vendor and your contract.

  • No price changes

Gateline recommends. People at your club set the prices.

  • No fan profiles

Prices come from sales, not from fans’ personal data.
